Es certified coaches, we offer interim managers personalised and strictly confidential support.

Within this protective framework, we exploit the manager's professional situations and accompany him or her in becoming aware of his or her operating modes. 

This learning process allows him to overcome his beliefs, to free his thinking and his creativity to find his own solutions in each of his situations.

We start with concrete cases, we build on their skills and help them to develop them in order to fully exercise their responsibilities.

The duration of a coaching session is determined according to the objectives set by the client.

A first interview is dedicated to getting to know the context and to setting more precise objectives.

The sessions are then a combination of maintenance:

    • to discover the person's profile, 
    • to consolidate its personal strengths, 
    • identification of development points, 
    • of decisions for actions

in order to achieve the objectives set by the Transition Manager.

The use of creative techniques provides a different perspective on situations and offers a new way of looking at different strategies.

The number of sessions is determined according to the specific request.

From experience, a minimum is around 5 sessions and a maximum around 9 sessions.

The duration of a coaching session is 2 to 3 hours.
