For our training offer Relational Excellenceour pedagogical approach is as follows:

We believe that management training is effective if,

  • It is experiential,
  • It is interactive,
  • It is "practical".,
  • It allows each person to become aware of and question his or her own actions,
  • It allows us to capitalise on individual and collective strengths,
  • It offers a sharing of experiences,
  • It allows an action plan to be drawn up on the areas for improvement for each person,
  • It enables the development of reflexes anchored in time on relational, behavioural and emotional excellence.

Our learning proposal :

  • Individually: to live and experience a small change.
  • In pairs: to deepen and confront the implementation.
  • In groups: to share and capitalise.

How we work :

  • Strengthening managers' communication skills by taking into account their emotional reactions - their own, those of their colleagues and of course those of their peers.
  • More personalised development of managers through personality questionnaires and behavioural analysis.
  • Adopting the coach's posture in training brings the power of our debriefings to the role plays.

Being collaborative means that the Manager knows how to build trust and how to work in a friendly way. They are able to make decisions and choices. He/she is creative in his/her approach and in solving the problems he/she has to face. He/she is able to coordinate the actions of the projects he/she leads and encourages cooperation within his/her team.
