Vanessa ZECCHINEL

Vanessa Zecchinel holds a master's degree in banking and financial law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2006) and the Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat (2007).

She worked for 7 years in major US law firms (Willkie Farr & Gallagher and then Weil Gotshal & Manges) where she advised CAC 40 groups and investment funds on cross-border transactions in the field of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.

Her passion for travelling led her to look at her profession differently in 2015 by creating her firm to offer interim management services for CAC 40 groups, but also outsourced legal management for fast-growing European start-ups.
