François DECOCK

François has been a transition manager since 2018.

He is a specialist in business recovery and the development of SME and ETI services companies.

He has 30 years of experience in banking, insurance, and entrepreneurship.

For 20 years, he managed sales and development teams in the Caisse des Dépôts and Dexia Groups. He held various management positions in the regions (La Réunion, Occitanie, Hauts-de-France, Ile de France, Overseas) and at the head office in Paris.

For 8 years, he co-directed the Sofaxis Group, the French leader in insurance brokerage for the public and para-public sector. He then served as AGM of the Relyens Group.

In 2016, with 4 associates, he created YPPA!, a start-up in the field of sports events. The French Olympic Committee invited him to the Rio Olympics.

In 2018, he became a transition manager. Since then, he has carried out several missions in the insurance sector.

In 2020, during the 1st lockdown, he created Le Cercle du management de transition, a marketplace of services for transition managers and interim management companies. The Cercle now brings together nearly 1,000 transition managers and executives.
